Sometimes, though rarely, this walgreens has good people on staff. Most of the time, however, they are rude. Pharmacy is always crowded and seems to lack the space to accommodate the amount of people that it serves. Ive gone several times in the last year and had to wait awkwardly while they looked all over for my filled prescription. Or the app says to call because theyve encountered a problem but the phone is either not picked up or picked up and hung up on without a word. Ive also had to call several times to reiterate that i do not have insurance because they continue to try to bill an insurance i had 3 years ago and instead of calling, the prescription gets put on hold or cancelled. Disorganized on The floor too. I understand you have to stock shelves, but do the pallets need to be in the aisles making people weave between them or push them to see anything on the shelves? And when i go in there i keep getting followed by employees. I have never stolen anything in my life so i dont know what gave this employee the idea that i would. Most recently, i walked in with an iced coffee and was "reminded" at by a young black woman to not leave my trash on the shelves. Ma'am, it was in a resuable glass cup. I wouldnt throw it away or leave it anywhere except my home. Push buttons are left unanswered and when the manager or whoever comes over with the key, always has an attitude like im bothering them. Theres two people i would praise though. A tall white man who always greets people and makes conversation and asks if you need help locating anything. And a young black woman at pharmacy who ive seen interact with spanish speaking seniors with the utmost respect in spanish. Everyone else who works there... if i had a choice, i wouldnt go here, because of them.

Walgreens changed their dog policy so they didn’t let me in - one of the pharmacists ended up coming out to watch my dog while I grabbed my prescription. So nice??? Thank you Juan!!

Avoid this pharmacy, it has no operational standards. Not sure the root issue (staffing, inadequate training, efficiency, etc). Major delays on prescriptions on several occasions. Many times I had to go into the pharmacy to then have them say “we will work on it now”, otherwise I would have waited days for critical meds. This place has operated like this far too long. On top of all this, the staff rude, and I have witnessed this several times in line and over the phone.

I have dealt with the most rude employees at this pharmacy, I do not understand why you do this job if you hate it and are going to be rude to people, no one is forcing you to be here, everyone works hard at their job and that is not a reason to be rude to others, that is what I was told by the pharmacist when I told her my experience: “everyone works really hard back here.” I didn’t know that working hard at your chosen job makes it okay for you to be rude to customers. The attitude is absolutely unnecessary when all I am trying to do is fill a prescription and figure out insurance issues, god forbid I ask one of you to do your job. It’s clear this wasn’t a one off based on all the negative reviews that are here already.

Service was quick and responsive. Someone reached out to me right away when I was in line, and took care of my medication needs immediately. The process took maybe 2 minutes total.

Took my paper prescription to fill it and told me to come back after 6pm. I come back after 6pm to pick up my prescription and now it is out of stock and don't tell me that when they took the prescription. I went to 2 other pharmacies before this one that could tell me they were out of stock and it waste my time. Then when they couldn't fulfill the prescription they said they couldn't give me back my paper prescription. They are absolutely the worst I have never dealt with. Completely brained. Zero stars. They need to close this place or fix the staff.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mary, the pharmacist at Walgreens. Her behavior was unprofessional and discourteous throughout our interaction. As a customer, I expected assistance in a respectful and professional manner, especially when it comes to handling prescriptions. Unfortunately, Mary displayed a negative attitude, raised her voice at me in front of other customers and staff, and appeared visibly frustrated when I requested a manual change to my prescription. She slammed her hand on the counter, rolled her eyes multiple times, and gave incorrect information about the pharmacy’s lunch break hours. When I inquired about refilling my prescription in person, she insisted it would be easier through the Walgreens app, despite the fact that I was already present in the store and willing to handle it directly. It seemed as though Mary and another pharmacy technician were preoccupied with inventory tasks and were unwilling to assist me because it may have disrupted their workflow. I have since contacted Walgreens corporate office and filed a formal complaint regarding Mary’s behavior and lack of professionalism.
